Returns Policy
At Charlies Hair and Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the product is not right for you. We do accept returns within 14 days of your purchase as long as the product is in perfect condition in its original packaging. We do not accept back products that have been worn or used. The products must be returned unopened with their original seals, packaging, shrink wrapped and fully in tact.
For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of razors or scissors, cosmetic products, hairbrushes or hair extensions, nail polishes or peroxide, so please be sure of the product being ordered before purchasing.
Please note that clipper and trimmer blades, leads and chargers fall under the category of perishable item and as such are not covered under warranty.
All of our products are sold in good order and are quality checked before they are dispatched, however we understand that on rare occasions damage may happen in transit. If a product is received in unsatisfactory condition, then please let us know within FIVE (5) DAYS. If we are not contacted within this time frame, we will not accept a return on the basis of a product being damaged.
If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered then please contact us first within FOURTEEN DAYS (14) OF YOUR PURCHASE. Once we have acknowledged a return then please send back the item to us. If an item is sent back without prior approval a refund will not be processed.
Please note that the cost of returning a product is not covered by Charlies Hair and Beauty. We strongly recommend that any returns are made by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods. Once we have received the item back in perfect condition we will then process a refund/replacement, excluding the original postage costs.
If the reason for a return is as a result of a manufacturing defect/fault, we reserve the right to send the product to the manufacturer for testing. We will notify you of the outcome and options available. Please note that this is down to the manufacturer’s discretion and if a manufacturing fault is not found the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
With all of our products covered by a manufacturers warranty, this may be voided in the event that the products have not been cared or maintained as per the manufacturers recommendations.
