At Charlie's Hair & Beauty, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

We are a family-run hair and beauty retailer established in London in 1986. Online orders are prepared and dispatched by our team from our store at 67 Goldhawk Road, London, W12 8EG.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will normally be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.

FREE UK Delivery on Orders of £50 or More

Spend £50 or more and receive FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK.

Free delivery is applied automatically to qualifying orders at checkout. No discount code is required.

Orders under £50 will be charged the applicable delivery rate shown at checkout.

Standard UK Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders placed before our 3pm cut-off will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

For customers who need their order more quickly, Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for an additional charge at checkout.

Orders selecting Special Delivery must be placed before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for delivery.
